Brittany was instrumental in the sale of my late aunt's home. In a tightening market with rising interest rates her professionalism and diligence made all the difference in finding a buyer. Her outstanding communication and follow up allowed for a smooth process with my being out of state. She found a wonderful and reasonably priced staging company, assisted with every aspect of the trust estate sale, and even helped us clean out remaining items from the house. Her open houses were top notch and even included a taco truck!I cannot recommend Brittany enough, she is a phenomenal agent who cares about her work and her attention to detail made the process effortless. 10 out of 10!
